「最初の印象はホームページの写真とは若干異なり，部屋が暗いというものですが，慣れてみると，部屋は静かで広く，電子レンジや冷蔵庫，キッチンあるいは食器などが充実しており，すべてを使わないものの快適でした．レセプションのスタッフは話しやすく，気軽に頼みごとができる雰囲気がありました．また，ダウンタウンに行くには，駅のところまで行って，急な角をユーターンする感じで曲がり，方角としてはホテルに戻ってくる感じで坂を上っていくことになるのですが，実はホテルの内部からパスワードの入力で近道で行けるという特典がホテルのゲストにあります．距離として大きな違いがあります．駅やスーパーマーケットも歩いて7-8分の距離にあり便利です．部屋の鍵は自分で常時持ち歩き，遅い時間になるとレセプションにはスタッフがいないので，パスワードでホテルに入り，そのような点でも気軽な印象でした．」

「Très bel endroit, appart hôtel avec prestations de qualité, juste à côté des cités thermales de la roche posay. En revanche la ville est presque vide, on dirait une ville fantôme. Apparement elle fait fasse à une crise économique. Pour les amoureux du calme c’est l’idéal. 」
