「God parkeringsplass (ekstra kostnad). Ganske lite rom med hard seng. Greit bad. Fint uteområde. Stort hotell (turistmaskin), mange gjester overalt. Stor spisesal med grei frokost. Svært dårlig lydisolasjon mellom rommene, man hører vanlig samtale, TV og aktiviteter fra naborommene.」

「I stayed at the Universal for 11 nights. My room was clean, the sheets and blankets as good as new, and attended to every day. It was quiet with no traffic noise and the occasional sounds from other rooms stopped at a reasonable hour. The staff were all friendly, helpful and simpatico. The hotel is in an excellent location about 8 minutes walk to the Cathedral the heart of historic Murcia. The Universal is completely unpretentious, great value for money and I will definitely return.」

「The hotel was it what it promised to be. Although a bit older building, from the inside/interior was clean and fairly modern. Awesome view to the sea and roof terrace was great plus for sun bathing. Easy parking, closed to restaurants. Money value was great!」

「The staff were great, they offered a paid upgrade that was an amazing deal. The view of the room was spectacular. It’s an old hotel, but good for its age. The drinks were very good. The food was good, could vary more, but was ok for four nights.」

「Es un total acierto, es tranquilos y muy acogedor, los chicos de recepción y las chicas de cocina super simpáticos y amables pendiente de cualquier necesidad, el buffet nos encantó varias cosas a elejir muy ordenando y limpio. La habitación muy buena a cuánto espacio y limpieza, el baño muy limpio y organizado, lo que si es verdad que por la noche pasamos calor aun con el aire encendido, no supimos si era por el aire que no funcionaba o alguna cosa, aparte de ese pequeño inconveniente...

「Excellent location for the mountains and the coast」

「Hotel website showed free parking but hotel staff did not provide sufficient information about parking instead they give us paid parking info. Eventually hotel website insist there are hotel free parking but in reality there wasn’t. Unfamiliar place and new to travelers, unfriendly and insufficient support by hotel website. Regards Service level, bit disappointed. 」

「市街地と大学を結ぶ最新のトラムが走っており、料金も安く便利であるが、周りにレストランはない。しかし、ホテルのレストランで昼食も夕食も割安で食べられる。部屋は清潔で広い。唯一の問題は各階に設置されているアクセスポイントから接続するFree Wifiが非常に遅い。１階ロビーでは日本のホテル環境よりやや遅い感じだが、何とか使えた。」

「We enjoyed staying in this hotel. The staff were welcoming, the room large, clean and comfortable. Our one concern was that our room was off a corridor that, because of the origins of the hotel, was really uneven and pethaps not for those of our age and slight unsteadiness. On mentioning it to the receptionist, she agreed and put a note on our file for our next stay. Our room was on the first floor, the numbering starting with 121.」
