「Upon arrival we fell in love right away with the property, neighborhood and quaintness of the area. We were a little disappointed in the size of the room as we were in Rm 1. Great that we didn't have to make the stairs though. Loved everything about our stay and the quietness of the neighborhood. Enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the front porch. All in all it was a great stay. Enjoyed all the text messages upon arrival up until leaving. Very personal and informative. We will definitely be back....

「This property checked all of our boxes… pet friendly, close to our family and affordable. We felt perfectly safe walking our dogs in the neighborhood during the day and in the middle of the night. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and there was plenty of room for our nieces and nephew to spend a couple nights with us. They thought the pullout sofa was extra fun.」

「Vintage Charm on Elson Avenue was a great place to stay. This home was very clean and so cozy! The house is beautiful and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Check-in and check-out was easy and the hosts were communicative. I definitely recommend this palce if you need to stay in the area. 」

「This is our second stay here, and not our last. This historic home is exquisitely restored and meticulously maintained. There is a well-equipped common kitchen with designated cupboards for each room. Coffee is available 24/7. Walking distance to Main Street. You will LOVE staying here!」

「The hotel was great for the area. Only downfall is that there is no enforcement of the “quiet” time - or there just isn’t the rule. The rooms surrounding us were LOUD until after 3am. It was horrible. Otherwise service was amazing. Nice, comfortable, clean, easy access. 」

The house was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook a full meal, including a well stocked fridge! We stayed in the cold weather, so we couldn't try out the pool, but it looked nice. The location was a super cute and walkable neighborhood, and it took no time to get around to our destinations. The neighborhood took a little getting used to but no one bothered us and the central location was hard to beat for access to Lima and surrounding schools. The place itself and William’s excellent communication made it worth the stay. Top marks for William as a host and for how well-laid-out this cozy unit was.
