「Clean and friendly staff」

「Great hotel with fantastic staff who were very courteous, helpful and hospitable, Location very convenient with train too being situated very near the Jaffna rail station. Rooms are large and practical. Will definitely stay here when in Jaffna next.」

「We received amazing service from the staff during our board time. The rooms were very spacious and clean as well.」

「Spacious rooms, clean but still recommend wearing slippers in bathroom. thin walls so noise from common areas is very loud.」

「Bathrooms could be better condition and water pressure 」
