「Je suis très déçue de mon séjour dans cet hôtel, digne d’un 2 étoiles. Tout d’abord, nous avons trouvé des poissons d’argent à trois reprises dans la salle de bain, ce qui n’est clairement pas acceptable dans un hôtel de ce standing. Le point le plus grave reste un incident très stressant : je suis restée bloquée environ 10 minutes dans la salle de bain avec une de mes filles, pendant que mon autre fille était seule dans la chambre. 「The rooms were clean and it was nice that the hotel had a bar. The amenities offered were not as robust as a 4 star hotel in the US to include having to pay for bottled water and the in room coffee was substandard. We had paid for breakfast as part of our room rate but only ate breakfast once because the quality was so bad including the omelette station where the worker didn't even make a proper omelet with melted cheese. Overall the stay was good but the value as a 4 star hotel was not...

「Not used this trip (March 2026) but did last August. Outdoor pool and attached whirlpool is not heated, so both were 'refreshing' but still nice. Indoor spa has a fantastic range of hot pools and facilities - but has to be paid for and gets booked up quickly. 」
