"Personne a l'accueil aux heures indiquées. Juste une enveloppe avec la clef. Et la piscine fermée. Porte extérieure ouverte toute la nuit. Bonjour la sécurité. Et le lendemain une mégère me fait la morale car je quitte la chambre à 10H05 au lieu de 10 H. Il faut oser! surtout quand on n'assure pas l'accueil comme prévu. Bref comment faire pour dégoûter le client: demandez à cette personne!"
