「Such a great little spot! We really enjoyed our stay. We made a fantastic dinner and breakfast over the fire and on the stove, with everything we could have needed! From stoopwaffle s’mores, to pour over coffee, and basic seasonings needed to cook. Loved it and can’t wait to visit other locations!! 」

「The cabin was perfect for a family of 4. It was clean and we had everything we needed (dishes, cups, silverware, towels, even coffee). There were board games (trouble, scategories, scrabble) already there which my kids enjoyed. Be mindful that the driveway in is gravel and is narrow. Pulling in and backing up is tight but we managed with a Toyota Tundra. All in all we greatly enjoyed this stay !!!」

「We had a wonderful time at the cabin!! It was even better than described. It was surrounded by the woods and everyting was perfect!! Our check in and out was very easy!! If you are lucky enough to stay, check out the side table in the great room, count the drawers I fell in love with it!! The cabin is large and comfortable! We hope to go again!!!」

「We had an absolutely amazing time at Rooster Ridge. It was the perfect quick getaway for my husband’s birthday and we will definitely be back. Our desire was to have somewhere that we could go out for a bit exploring, if we chose to, or stay in and have everything we needed and it checked all the boxes. We brought our food and hunkered down for the weekend and it was perfect. We brought spices but didn’t need them and very much appreciated the give and pantry! The bed is not super comfortable...

「A great place to stay with a responsive host. A great space for two couples/family to spread out in comfy gathering spaces in doors & out and have private sleeping quarters. A much quieter more peaceful stay than we have had in the past with almost no road noise. I do recommend double checking road conditions to hikes post Helene; we missed out on some not having 4wheel drive/high clearance. 」
