"The hotel was closing down. The staff was excellent! Made telephone calls for me and offered personal wifi. The hotel had no working wifi and the electric bill was paid only just before it started to get dark. I had no concerns, because the staff was EXCELLENT! The location is great for taking the train. The staff i cannot say enough about them. They made the stay acceptable. Without them i would certainly left."

The amenities were excellent, with reliable 24/7 Wi-Fi, constant hot water, and a TV with a wide variety of shows. Everything was well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of our stay. Rooms are cleaned every day or whenever you need them cleaned. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to my relatives and anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay."

"Better than the photos. Beautiful lawned area with great variety of trees. Room very clean with air con, comfortable beds and huge shower room. Everyone so helpful. Liz the manager is very friendly and her chef and team excellent. Water, milk and tea provided on arrival. Fridge in room. We ate there every night. Good home cooked meals. Enjoyed pre dinner drinks at the bar. Breakfast menu great and cooked to order. Good security. We would return if ever in Bulawayo again."
