「The only good thing about this hotel was the staff — they were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, everything else was pretty disappointing. The rooms didn’t have a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron, or hair dryer, which made the stay really inconvenient. The beds were also terrible — very thin and uncomfortable. On top of that, the rooms only had AC and no heat. Save yourself the frustration and spend the extra money to stay somewhere else.」

「The staff were courteous but this is a pretty rundown hotel. It's hard to tell from photos online how it will be in person. They furniture, carpeting, and surfaces were dingy and dated. I'm not a picky eater but the muffin I grabbed to go was so stale that I threw it away after one bite. There wasn't even free WiFi. I regret paying $150 per night for what felt more like an $80-per-night motel experience. 」
