「I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I arrived around 6 PM and almost everything was already closed, which was frustrating after a long day of traveling. The gift shop was supposed to open the next day, but it never did, leaving guests with no place to even grab basic necessities. The food was honestly terrible and the menu options were extremely limited. On top of that, most of the staff outside of the front desk were not helpful or welcoming at all.
