"Our host, David, kept in contact via text. He was quick to respond and very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. The cabin was clean, cute and bed was very comfy. Appeared to have been recently, renovated. The hosts thought of everything! Much more than any VRBO we've ever stayed in before.They supplied coffee, a spare toothbrush and a phone charger by the bed to name a few. Would absolutely come back and refer others!"

"This property is absolutely beautiful inside and out! I loved the trail they have and the flower garden they have for the bees.We stayed there the weekend of our wedding and we were 100% impressed. Our grandchildren loved the outside games that were available to them. We will definitely book this property again"

"We had a great vacation at the home. The furniture is so nice. The mattress in the main bedroom was so comfortable. The second cottage gave us space for our multi-generational family. The stone walkway is pretty but needs bushes trimmed to clear the path."

"We rented the house for graduation weekend at Geneseo college. I highly recommend renting this property for visiting with a larger group instead of renting a hotel room when visiting the school, it was perfect for a relaxing grad weekend!!!We were very happy with the house, location and Mary Alice was a pleasure to deal with. "This was an amazing place all new appliances perfect location just a mile from the state boat launch, we brought a baby gate to keep our pets in the yard and kept our 23ft boat on the dock. The property was the most well stocked we have ever stayed at. The dock is far enough out and the depth was about 4-5 feet at the end of the dock. Bed was very comfortable views couldn’t be beat! If we had one small complaint it would be that the dock needs cleats. Perfect place for a getaway on the lake...

"This was a wonderful and reasonably priced stopover, after we attended a Bills game. The staff were very friendly. The room and bathroom were extremely clean, and beds comfortable. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choices. The hotel location is right off the Batavia exit for the NYS thruway, which is so convenient!"

"This hotel was nostalgic in such a quaint town in Perry NY just 10 miles if that from the entrance to letchworth park. We ate at the Lumber Mill great food, service and value highly recommend both. We at breakfast at the local diner in town hands down best homemade Belgian waffles. We will definitely stay again. "
