「I really want to give this thoughtful host 5 Stars, but I just can’t. We had no issue with the home and furnishings being a bit dated, but there were some issues that need tending. First, the home has mice, which I understand a bit due to the location, but there were no traps or signs of mitigation. We ended up needing to keep our food in the car and there were still droppings on our last morning. The bunk beds are the oddest I have ever seen…a normal sized child would barely fit on the bottom...

「This is a great house and was well laid out for our family stay with 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. It was in a wonderful location for us as it is walking distance to Jimbo's where we all attended a wedding and close enough for our stay afterward to visit Lake Saranac, Lake George and Lake Placid.」

「Nice,new and clean space. Absolutely wonderful. Not disappointed. On the second day it snowed 8 inches into the night. Woke up the next morning and driveway was plowed. It allowed us to be on the slopes before the lift opened! Much appreciated, would stay again. 」

「Beautiful house in the Adirondacks on tranquil Valentine Pond. The perfect setting to get away from it all. We enjoyed meals on their large deck, drinks on the dock, and paddling on the calm waters of the pond. Hosts were especially accommodating and responsive. Could not recommend any more! Can’t wait to go back!」

「My family really enjoyed the lake house. It was very clean and the amenities were great. My son made quite a few meals on the Blackstone flat top, including breakfast every morning. We all got great use out of the hot tub and fire pit also. My family loved the beach access too. It's in a really great location. We were able to explore Lake George, Fort Ticonderoga, Lake Placid, and numerous hiking trails in the area. And there was still so much more we did not get to do. The host Todd was great...

「Day one, we had to evacuate the property due to mouse infestation with mouse droppings throughout kitchen drawers and food prep areas. CO/smoke detector was intermittently alarming- the hard wired alarm had been removed and left under the stairs in the basement. The washer was filled with previous tenants sheets and the dryer was filthy. Broken furniture. The beach area was a mile away down the main road. The kayaks were filthy including mouse droppings. Weeds and plants growing through...

「Great location on the water and easy to get a boat to but the water at the dock is a little shallow so just be careful if bringing a boat. Plenty of rooms and beds for my large group for our annual trip of Bromads. I guess the renters before us left the place a mess and it needed some extra cleaning and we did find some evidence left behind from them. Possible poop smeared on a bathroom door handle and a trash bag full of dirty diapers outside the master bedroom. The last guests also left...
