Das Hotelpersonal war bei der Klärung der Reservierungen hilfsbereiter als das externe Unternehmen. Sauberes Zimmer, ruhige Flure, rundum toller Service.」

「The area was good and we enjoyed our time however, there was not enough supplies (silverware, cleaning supplies, dining) so we had to buy our own to use while there. The house was very cold when we arrived and would get very warm during the evening when it did warm up. 」

「Property was close to RIT. Only problem was ants in the kitchen. Other than the ants, it was clean & as advertised.」

「Communication and check-in were seamless. The apartment was very clean. We were a little cold and Jason brought a space heater right away. Great location just on the edge of the village. A couple considerations for future visitors: Exterior photo on VRBO is not the actual location, it’s of a building on the scenic canal; the apartment is a very small studio with minimal room for luggage, and small kitchen. Perfect for one person or short stays. 」
