「My partner and I stayed here for five nights over the Christmas holiday. In addition to being clean, safe, and private, the staff were extremely hospitable and professional. While my husband was working, I enjoyed the on-site spa services and delicious dining menu at the Clau Clau bistro. I would recommend La Bannik for those who are looking for a quiet and relaxing retreat that takes full advantage of the natural beauty of Lac Temiscaming. 」

「The Hotel was very clean, the room was really nice and spacious. My only complaints would be the elevators, they were a bit sketchy. There was a couple of times it made an incredibly loud rapid banging sound, you could feel whatever was happening. It scared my daughter enough to make her cry. They also bounced while getting on and off and the second elevators door scraped pretty bad. If we had been on a higher floor we would have taken the stairs. As well the breakfast, We didn't enjoy it so we...

We especially enjoyed the restaurant which has an amazing menu of veg and meat Indian dishes. The owners are lovely and made sure we had breakfast-to-go … even though we were a little late to get up! 」

「Hotel was great. Heated floors in the bathroom. But the site said there was a hot tub. When i asked the front desk where the hot tub was, they said they had a spa where you can pay for services. That was my only disappointment. Especially because i was really looking forward to the hot tub.」
