「The reception was very friendly. All the facilities including the kitchen were wonderful. Overall a very enjoyable experience sleeping underground. Spotlessly maintained.」

「I contacted hotelstaff in advance and came to pick me up at the airport.」

「Perfect」

「Kitchen equipment is poorly set up, no wine glasses, no bowls for salad or mixing, only 3 drinking glasses for a 5 bed accommodation, no extraction for cooking resulting in smoke alarm activation.」

「There was no soap available for washing hands, however the coffee machine and microwave were definitely handy. Also, we struggled with the pillows - they were very hard and big. It would have been good to have a couple of additional pillows as an option for use. Also the water temperature in the shower was slow to respond and my partner had to have a cold shower after me, despite my shower being short.」

「You could not expect a better property. It was a special surprise for our UK friends and they were over the moon. Something special they will never forget.」

「Great underground place, really authentic and a well loved vibe.」

「Exactly as described. Dean was really helpful. Great bbq too👍👍👍」
