「The fatal flaw was that the actual location of the treehouse was different from the map on Expedia.
This resulted in more travel than necessary.
Also, there was no wifi and the shower was broken.
The staff were wonderful.」

「i was made to wait for three hours and was eventually told by the hotel staff to cancel the reservation as they claimed not to have received payment. we had to book another hotel last minute! really bad experience with the lava view bungalows.」
