「As a 5* hotel you expect all the service within the hotel to be included But unfortunately the steam room and sauna was for extra charge」

「Great all round star hotel and resort with multiple facilities」

「Thank you very much for the great service. It was great help to be able to early check in while we were tired of over night train journey. The service of the front desk was excellent..」

「El hotel es muy céntrico, limpio su personal es bien atento.」

「I was supposed to stay here for four nights, but I had to bail early because the experience was honestly exhausting. It started with the breakfast; I was promised a buffet, but because the hotel was mostly empty, they just served the same three items two days in a row. When I went to the manager, I expected a serious response,...

「Absolutely brilliant, clean, modern decor, brilliant staff polite and courteous, stayed for 13 nights, can't fault at all, 2 great restaurants on site, walking distance to all amenities, comfortable spacious room with air condition, tea/coffee facilities and fridge in the room, 」

「The property is a three-star hotel. It's biggest advantage is that there is not a lot of competition in the area--just one nice hotel, which is more expensive than this one. The staff and management is not as friendly and professional as you will find in four or five-stars. The breakfast buffet was disappointing--but the quality of the food was not terrible, just average or a little below average.」

「Family friendly and helpful staffs, happy with their services」

「Location, price, breakfast and cleanliness」

「Front desk stuff was rude. Do not have basic sense of customer service. Hotel booked with free airport shuttle. The hotel did not honour that and charged us extra. Room had mosquitoes. Not sure why there was hype about this hotel. According to the service, this is the worst hotel in Sylhet. Will never stay here again. 」
