"Beds were very hard. Ice machine didn't work at first and was offered no remedy. There isn't an ice machine on the property... Just the ones in the fridges in the room. But I fiddled with it and got it to work finally. Housekeeping opened door on us sleeping even though we had a 'do not disturb' sign on the door and it was more than two hours before check out. The check in experience was very positive and they were very helpful and friendly. Place was very clean and I loved that there weren't too many little lights in the room to cover up before going to sleep. Clock radio could use a dimmer switch though (or you're going to deal with a lot of unplugged ones when turning over rooms). I chose this facility for the full sized freezer in order to refreeze ice packs and it didn't disappoint. Parking was nice and free :)"

"When we arrived at the Holiday Inn Express, the lobby was under renovation & the breakfast room was in the conference room. The pool & spa were also under repair & not an available to use. We were disappointed & express this to the lady at the desk. Since the Hoilday Inn across the street was owned by the same party & had been renovated last year, she said she would call there & ask for a room for us. We moved to the Holiday Inn & had a lovely experience. Since this was a business trip, I am still waiting a receipt from the Hoiday Inn Express. If you could provide me with a receipt, I would appreciate it. "

"We stay here every few months and we keep coming back for good reason! This hotel is exceptionally clean and quiet! The staff is always so nice! I have tried to find dust on the picture frames etc just cause I was curious and I can never find any! This place is spotless! I highly recommend!"
