Also no setup made for me about key entry for the front doors so that I had to make another international calls to ask about it. - no towels changes for 4 nights - no additional coffee pouches - no desk in the room, so that I had a hard time to use my computer. Only deducted because this is just personal thing nothing they did wrong - I'm allergic to colorants in cleaners and if you are like me and are sensitive to colorants in cleaners (red 40, yellow 5, etc) the bedsheets will suffocate you for sure.
