「The main entrance and lobby were nice, and the room was decent for the price. The elevator wasn’t working and it was hard to get to the lobby from the rooms.」

「Everything was closed in the nearby locations, some due to an incoming storm. The restaurant at the motel was closed for renovation.」

「Breakfast was better than usual for a hotel, but the variety was underwhelming. The staff was friendly enough and helpful. Our bed was a tad on the soft side but we slept very well all three nights. There is a kitchen area that includes a full-sized refrigerator, and an indoor pool that we did not use during our stay. The room was, overall, roomy and the hot water was always hot. 「They were under renovation and rooms were excessively priced for the nature of the hotel. Empty boxes strewn around and old furniture lying outside. If the room were priced accordingly, I could have given a different rating.」

「Overall okay. No coffee maker in the room, which was a bummer. No breakfast of any kind. The one nightstand with the one bedside light was a foot and a half away from the side of the bed making it a bit difficult to use. Other than these things, it was okay. Laundry area was dirty, with $2 per wash & dry, it was a bit expensive, however nice to have. Nothing special, your standard room.」

「This location is great for Theodore Roosevelt National Park. It is clean and has all the new items. It is still in remodeling mode. But when finished will be 5 star.」

「When you get there, you have to ring a bell, and the person comes to greet you. She was very kind and friendly however, the room had about 10 flies for some reason and a bunch of dead flies on the floor overall pretty filthy a bunch of hair on the floor Everywhere that had never been swept up from the last person was unable to take a shower because only water came from the tub faucet and not the showerhead above. Definitely asked to see the room before you accept it. It was OK for a one night...

「My friend and I expected a good experience when we walked in the door: the space was nicely laid out and furnishings were comfortable. What we got was: No way to turn on AC in one room due to a missing remote, and it was 90 degrees out, and we were too short to see if we could manually turn it on. (In-house guidebook said use the remote.) Damp second bath towel in the bathroom closet required us to have to search for dry bath towels in other rooms.
