「Very nice and modern apartment. The owner was friendly and very nice. I mainly spent time in the apartment to wind down and sleep as I am from the island. Very central to my family and friends in the surrounding area. I would recommend this lovely apartment to anyone without hesitation. If you are not local to STX, Ms. Carmen will not hesitate to provide recommendations on places to see and experience. 「My family had such a wonderful stay. Grandkids did not want to leave. Swimming in the beautiful pool the view of mountains and water are indescribable. The home is well kept and so peaceful. We were close to everything we wanted to do. Gail was a perfect host. We absolutely loved this stay and I hope we get to come back. 」

「Parts of the home seemed like they were recently updated, other parts no so much. The back door to the pool was busted and took a FORCE to open, a true pain when trying to keep bugs out and enjoy the pool. Home is close to the west side beaches. The home itself is a very bare bones stay. A few old pans with no teflon left on them and very bare bones utensils we had to buy a new pan just to cook. If you plan on staying you will have to provide about everything . Not even comfortable seating...
