「Good ocean view from balcony and pool, including sunset. 5 minute walk along road to restaurants and beach. Central location for island activities. Snorkel shop and snorkeling at beach. This side of island has exposure to trade winds, so the snorkeling is rougher than the west side. 」

「Arrival and departure was simple and very much appreciated. The Treehouse was clean and perfect for easy beach access and great food at the Landing. We loved our stay and Win was so quick and accommodating with our needs. This is not a 5 star hotel where all the dishes match so if you need that, there are many other guests waiting in line ... but we loved it and will definitely be back. Our stay exceeded above and beyond.」

「We extended our stay by 2 nights and needed a place to stay. The Mermaid worked out fine for us (could use a new mattress) and the view was amazing! The owner was great and very easy to work with and replied to us right away. We did not enjoy the ride to get up there, but we were warned about it in the description. You do need an SUV to travel up there. Thanks for the stay!」

「We loved everything about our stay here and plan to return! The cottage itself was so cute and cozy and had everything we needed. We loved the location, the beach, the snorkeling, The Landing restaurant’s food and drinks (we ate there 5 times!), and loved the free beach chairs. We had a car and toured the whole rest of the island and were happy we had chosen this place on Cane Bay!」

My wife and I truly enjoyed Cane Bay Cottage, especially its wrap around lanai, which offered a panoramic view of the lush surrounding hillside and the turquoise waters below, almost always with a cooling breeze wafting through. The interior of the house is very functional, with all “the comforts of home.” We also benefited greatly from the advice and assistance of the cottage’s Concierge - Annabel - particularly with regard to her recommendation for the services of a driver...
