「ホテルの入り口からエントランスまでの並木道がとても素敵です。地元の方もホテルのプールやジムを利用にきているようです。車で少し走ると割と大きなスーパーがあり便利でした。フロントやバーの若い従業員があまり仕事ができない方が多いですが、フレンドリーで憎めない感じです。」

「My stay was almost excellent. A lovely, clean room with good facilities and a comfy bed. The staff were mostly great - especially in Branfords where the female staff in particular were hardworking, super-friendly and cheerful and in the gym/spa where they were all pleasant and helpful. I had a lovely massage by Teira (?) and enjoyed the warm pool and jacuzzi. The breakfasts were excellent too. The maids worked hard also and were very sweet. Low spots were for me, as a woman staying alone for...

Shared kitchen with each room having a cupboard and fridge space allocated. Complimentary tea & coffee in the kitchen. Easy to get to by public transport. I took the train to Norwich and got the number 25 bus to the university (hotel is 3 mins walk from the stop) and back the next day to the station.」
