「滞在期間は２日間で、ショピングセンターに 近いので、利用しました。しかし、 エアコン利用すると悪臭がひどく、全くクリｰニングしてないようです。 チェックアウトの当日、チェックアウトの時間は、１２時と、言う事だったので、私と妻は、 フライト時間が、早朝でしたので、朝５時半に、チェックアウトして支払いも、全部済ませ、残りの家族二人が、１２時にチェックアウトする事を、フロントに伝えてて、ホテルを出ました。１２時頃家族から連絡が、有り部屋の 中が、タバコ臭いと、ペナルティーだから ３４００円支払いしないと、帰れないと、 言いがかりを、つけられトラブルに、なりました。こちらは、タバコ吸う人は、一人もいないので、警察を呼んで下さい。と、伝えてたら、 支配人が、もういいです、と、言ってホテルを 出られました。二度と、あのホテルは、利用したくないです。 」

「This was a great place to be based in Legazpi with a lovely outdoor pool that was warm thanks to some very sunny days. Our room looked out on the main road but this was in no way a problem and was not noisey. All the staff were warm and friendly, especially Callie who was always on duty in reception. She’s a little dog who quite happily sits on the reception desk greeting visitors. If you feel you want a change from the hotel food (which was good) you can order in from Grab but there is a charge...

「たくさんあり過ぎる。チェックインしたら予約してないと言われた。どのサイトから予約したかを聞かれエクスペディアと言ってやっと部屋に入れた。フィリピンで1泊1万円近いのに部屋の広さはアパホテル並、エアコンではなくクーラー、宿泊翌日外出から戻ってもルームクリーン無し、バスタオルもそのまま。クレームをつけてタオルは変える。エクスペディアには空港送迎無料となってるが、知らないと言われる。説明するも改善せず、タクシーで行けと言われ自腹切る。こんな最悪なホテルは初めて。エクスペディア記載サービスとホテル把握が違うのは何故かとても疑問。2度とこのホテルは利用しない。何故こうなったのかエクスペディアでも確認すべき。そしてエクスペディアでこのホテルを扱うのは止めるべき。」
