「Clean room and the staff was very friendly and helpful」

「Thought I could spend a couple of days getting some sun, sitting out by the pool, reading. A nice break. They have a pool, but it's locked up and staff won't open it. First it was the man who has a key isn't here. Well, I should be able to use it tomorrow then? Uh, no, there's some issue with the pool. 100+° outside. My only choice was to sit inside the room all day. Booked two days, left the morning after I checked in. Wasted money. Also had to leave a $100 deposit to check in. Very...

「I never been treated so bad by the manager on duty. If you book through Expedia they a rude. Will charge your card accusing you of stealing their clothes hangers that were not there when you arrive They call you names. Room not that great. I will be discussing this with Wyndham as well.」

「The interior of the house is even better than the pictures online. We absolutely loved our stay. Franklin is a cute town. We like to sit on the porch with coffee and watch traffic (be sure to bring your own chairs for this). The foyer is also super cute! FYI for those who mind, the house is on a busy street, so there’s always traffic going by and its somewhat noisy. It didn’t bother us, but that might make a difference to some people. 」
