「Should have been advised re the 4 year renovations that were going on. No Bathroom/changeroom near Pool. The access to our room was ridiculously long and hot and confusing….it was like a maze. No offer of help for two women in their seventies. Smelt a little mouldy. No a great experience. The Pool is wonderful but needs a good clean and maintenance.」

Was told busy to book a river cruise and told to come back later! Two staff in the office I was the only customer. The poolside villa we stayed was clean, but the ensuite design was very cramped.
