「 Shiraz Plaza is a GREAT hotel for Gyumri. The location is perfect. I took the train from Yerevan and could walk to the hotel easily. Plus it is located right off the city's main square - so the location is perfect. The rooms are nice, modern, spacious and clean.」

「Old grand style hotel, service was very efficient and place was very clean and kept up, will stay there again. Unfortunately Music Garden was being renovated so it was not open, very close to town square and alot of places to walk around and eat. 」

「Otel için mükemmel diyemem ama iyi diyebileceğim bir otel. Odalar , banyo gayet temizdi , tarihi yerlere yürüme mesafesinde olan bir konumdaydı. Arabamız olmasına rağmen yürüyerek her yere ulaştık. Yemek yenilebilecek çok çeşitli mekanlar otel yakınlarında vardı. Otele ilk girişimiz epey geç olmasına rağmen bizi bekliyorlardı ve karşılanmamız çok iyiydi. Özellikle Otel çalışanlarından Yusuf Kardeşime ayrıca teşekkür ederim. İlk gün adeta bize rehberlik etti ve her yeri tanıttı. Odalar ve banyo...

「Deniz is a wonderful person and the house is a very pleasant place to be. The surrounding area is a mess, but it is really in the center of the city. I can't understand how a city could let this happen, but it is what it is. It isn't cheap compared to some hotels in the area, but for me it was worth it.」

「トイレの水の溜まりが遅く、時間がたたないと次が使えない。値段が高いにもかかわらず、置いている水も有料、大した話ではないが気分の問題。電話した時に英語で対応するスタッフがいない。wifiのパスワードがチックイン時に案内がなかった。ANI遺跡までのガイドさんの手配を事前に頼んだら、いいガイドさんが手配された。」

「夜、お湯が出なかったため、朝になってからフロント係に状況を説明してお湯が出るようにしてもらった。 この国の宿泊施設では、大抵、電気機器の電源コンセントが抜かれているのだが、部屋にあったエアコンはおそらく延長コードがないと電源が取れない。少し暑い晩だったが、エアコンは使えなかった。」

「The hotel is perfectly situated for visiting the Castle and other interesting sights. The staff were wonderful, kind and considerate. The communal sitting area is lovely and I was plied with tea all afternoon. The place is really warm which as a February visitor was important. The breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice. Both my husband and I really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back for sure.」
