"The hotel is a bit gimmicky, the restaurant selection was pretty good and the food was very good. That’s the reason I’m giving it three stars. The room, at least the one that we stayed in, was extremely dirty. It looked as though no one had vacuumed between the nightstand and the bed in years. The overall room was very dark and again was not clean. We found items on the floor in the bathroom, which would suggest that the floors were never mopped in between customers otherwise there would be no way to miss that. We’ve stayed at other hotels on this trip and considering the price point of this hotel, it doesn’t compare to others at that level. "

"Horrible experience, the person at the front desk claimed that she couldn’t check me in because of no internet and by 10:00pm I had to go find another hotel where to stay. All while I was able to log into the hotel’s WiFi Horrible place!!"

"everything was very good but I was not expecting to have a hold on my card for 150.00 at check in I was told that it would be a fee of 39.00 dollars at checkout which that amount I already knew that amount but the hold for 150.00 I didnt know until I checked in I am now waiting on on my room deposit minus the 39.00"

"The room was large and clean. No pool until June. Staff couldn’t be bothered to look up from their phones. Service was just bad overall, no sense of hospitality. Never was able to eat breakfast as it was ravaged by 8:00am and not re-filled. Coffee was always empty by 8:30am. Room alarm set to go off at 5:00am at full blast."
