「I had a pleasant stay in the cabin — it's quite nice. However, the common restroom could use better maintenance and cleaning. The handwash was empty.」

「The grounds were beautiful! We loved the waterfall and stream! There were wild blackberries along the trail to the waterfall. The owner was friendly and accommodated us when we had to extend our stay due to car trouble. There are several cool projects he's working on. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「We absolutely loved our stay at Bigfoot Lodging Cottage #2 It’s a very authentic cabin in the woods experience. The original vintage wood interior and squeaky wood floors added a lot to the ambiance. Plenty of outdoor space for grilling steaks or making campfire s’mores. The grounds are fun and funky with lots of interesting things to see including a pond and creek. The family that runs it is warm and accommodating with a small store that sells drinks and snacks. 「The host was very accomodating and even greeted me even though I arrived late. The stay was very relaxing with a great bed that made it hard to wake up in the morning. They thought of everything when it comes to a long term or even short term stay including needs for a pup if you forgot something. The best part for someone traveling with their pup as I was, is that the entire front area is fenced. I greatly appreciated the level accommodations. 」

「We were heading north on a ten day tent camping trip and needed a place to stay for a night where the loaded down truck would be safe over night. So glad we found this place. My 10 year old son and I very much enjoyed the stay and it is as expected, super cool. Staying in a hobbit hole has now been checked of the old bucket list.
