「Five minutes after booking this hotel I realized it was in the wrong town. When I tried to cancel the hotel refused to refund my money. They said that it was against policy. I had to pay $80 for a room I didn't use. 」

「Took the kids to the lake for the holiday weekend and this was a great place to stay that fit all of us comfortably. Very clean and very nice host. Definitely be back! 」

「We were so excited to try this new place. We will not recommend it to anyone. Here were the issues: 1. We never received the email with check-in info. I emailed requesting it, no response. We did not have a number until we arrived and another guest had the owner’s number. 2. VRBO states the site has a hot tub. Nope. 3.
