「Extremely well kept and clean. I liked the country feel but city was just 2 minutes away. Other quests were very friendly and I assume they have stayed here before. I definitely would consider coming back for the change of the leaves. Sam was a great host.」

「Great time!」

「Not only was the cabin super clean, it was in a fairly isolated location but still close to town with several options if you need something. It had a peaceful atmosphere. Great for relaxing and unwinding if you need to get away from the fast pace of daily life!!! Perfect getaway for two!!!」

「Stairs were steep and not for the faint of heart. Cobwebs everywhere. Kitchen did not have basics - e.g., baking sheet, salt, pepper, etc. Sheets frayed and all linens needed replaced.」

「Very cool house in a nice neighborhood. Had everything we needed and was close to anything you want to do in Madison. We will definitely stay there again!」

「After traveling eight hours, just moments before check-in, I was faced with an emergency situation back home. The host was very responsive and very kind. He allowed me to make changes to the reservation and the feedback that I received from those who were able to stay at the cabin was nothing but positive. Thank you for working with us and I hope to return in the future.」

「Host is very easy to communicate with and the property provided us with great memories! Would definitely stay here again!」

「Good times. Cool place. Thanks」

「Easy check in. Nice cozy home right by the river. Even left a golf cart for use when staying!」

「Our room was so cute and perfect for a couple. We loved it! The location was perfect as well!」

「Very clean perfect layout will definitely return」

「We really enjoyed our stay at the Lanning house. It was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed the history of the home as well.」
