「It was my 70th birthday and we booked two suites. Check in was a breeze - they allowed us to the rooms early, made sure the rooms were next to each other, carried our luggage to our rooms. I couldn't be happer with the selection and will definitely recommend. The only thing was being able to let people know where we were staying. Having the name Sonesta Suites would have been helpful to help our friends find the location.」

「My husband & I stayed one night with our two labradors. The backyard is spacious and the fence is secure so we were comfortable having our dogs back there without constant supervision. The owner even had a delivery made with household products when they realized the place needed a few key items (TP, towels, etc.). The host was very communicative and quick to reply with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend this rental for those who are traveling with their furry friends.」

「Can't beat the location if you want to be close to shops and restaurants. Rented this spot for my parents who were visiting from out of town, and it was super convenient for them to just walk down and enjoy Santana Row. My mom really liked grabbing a cup of coffee and walking around in the morning. Johnny was a super communicative host and provided detailed and accurate information about check-in and parking. He was quick to respond to questions and checked in to make sure we got into the place...

「A little smaller than I expected but fine for what we needed. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. Todd was very helpful when we had an issue with the lock.」

「Problems with flushing toilet, loose seal on refrigerator/spoiled food, very noisy air conditioner. Had to re-wash most of the dishes & utensils left in the dish drain, greasy stove burners. Check-in process was dicey; required several tries each time getting door to unlock. Also there is one picture on the Vrbo website that turned out to be obviously from some other suite, showing a view out a sliding glass window onto an inviting-looking patio.」

「We were disappointed. It was listed as luxurious. It was dirty with lots of bugs, may have been cockroaches. Future renters should know it’s on a busy street. No kitchen towels, no wash cloths, no top sheets, no hand towels, no drinking water, no ice, no Kleenex. It just wasn’t clean nor welcoming.」
