「The property itself is beautiful, The pool was nice the staff was super friendly. If you’re driving a rental I hope it’s 4WD because there was a lot of cars including ours getting stuck going up the hill the hotel was on. Would stay again :)」

「エスカスにあるこのホテルは、中心地から少し離れていますが、近隣にはレストラン等(美味しい日本料理店あり)もあり食事には困りませんでした。家族５人で利用をしましたが、部屋には２階部屋もあり、広く清潔で快適でした。プール横には温水のジャクジーもあり、１２月でも気持ちよく利用できました。」

「The grounds are beautiful and the facility was clean and well-kept. Staff members were pleasant. We would actually consider staying there in a different room but the white cabin with the thatched roof was awkward and uncomfortable to the point that we left after one night even though we knew we wouldn't get a refund. You can tell from the photos that some of the description is inaccurate (It's just one bedroom and doesn't have a private pool though there is one pool for all guests to share.) but...

「It was very noisy with people staying late at night. Neighbors' voices echoed very loudly.」

「The on-site staff were wonderful. But the room was not ready at check in time. It smelled like dogs. There was black mold on the bed. Super loud traffic noise all night. 」
