「Booking was confirmed and it was closed on arrival. I need this looked at asap. Wasted time and petrol getting there.」

「Nice hotel near the beach is the only thing that is good. Inexperience staff with minimum English. Not happy with the lack of responsibility taken when checking in. Need to update their policies re-check in.」

It was an awful night, hard beds, cockroaches in the room, the space has strongly smelt...

「-10 out of 10!!!! The hotel was crap, no bar, no hot water, no staff at night, no fan.....the wall is broken, not worth the money at all. Should give me the refund!」
