「I have been pondering long and hard before writing this review. My wife and i planned this trip well over a year knowing that accommodation in Grenanda for the carnival was difficult. We went in search of a hotel in January to beat the rush for the August festival. Pickings were slim, all hotels booked, meaning now only guest houses would be available. Lo and behold this property appeared and was a bit pricey, but promising. We were excited, city stay, great views and close to all the events....

「The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.」

「The photos of the outside really are true to the photo. Outside the property is beautiful. Inside the apartment is very clean and tidy however you advertised a tv of the room we chose and there wasn't one. The kitchen appliances inside are very dated. Breakfast was tasty and chef Sheldon is a lovely guy! The hotel room was over price in my opinion. I wouldn't stay again.」
