"Would be good to have simple cooking amenities like cooking oil, salt, pepper. Was only sent the unlocking number after I messaged (did not receive an email that was supposed to be sent 24 hrs before check-in). Location instructions was unclear from the booking confirmation, only managed to find accommodation after host contacted via whatsapp."

"おしゃれな一軒家で、快適に過ごせました。とても清潔で、洗濯機もあり、浴室乾燥もついているので、旅行に持って行く衣類も少なめで済みました。干す道具も揃っていました。ベッドも快適で、窓も二重サッシで静かでよく眠れました。水素水のウォーターサーバーや、コーヒーマシンの設備も嬉しかったです。ただ、プロジェクターのリモコンが使えなかったことと、電気ケトルのスイッチが壊れていて、お湯が沸いてもオフになりませんでした。タブレットでのチェックインが、けっこう入力する項目が多くて手間取りました。先にメールで送っていた情報だったので、少しめんどくさく感じました。チェックアウトはとても簡単でした。色々マイナス面も書いてしまいましたが、全体としてとても良くて、またぜひ泊まらせていただきたいと感じました。"

"１週間お借りしたのですが、途中で１度タオル・シーツの交換や清掃に入ってくださり、とてもありがたかったです。またお風呂場に浴室乾燥がついており、外出中に洗濯を干しておけば乾くのもとても良かったです。１Fも２Fも畳で、部屋が広々としていて、のんびりくつろぐことができました。場所は９号線の前なので、車の音は多少気になりますが、30秒でスーパーやコンビニと立地も良いですし、駅までも歩いて10分かからないので、食事にも困りませんでした。次回また来る時はお借りしたいなと思える物件でした。ありがとうございました。"

"For only one night, the staff here were friendly and accommodating. They made check in’s and check out’s easy and quick. The room was in a good location next to the elevator and the walk to the train station was in short time. The view was also amazing as well, would come back here again for my stay in Matsue"
