「Excellent nice hotel. We were there for the World Cup football. The staff were excellent and helpful. Especially a lady who sat near the reception on her laptop who spoke very good English. She sorted out taxis and told us about trains to Moscow from the local station. Without her we would of been stugling to get about. Plenty to do in the garden with a nice little pool and bbq etc. Overall i we really enjoyed this hotel. Thanks to all the staff 」
