"Jean Paul was an amazing host who supplied us with lots of lovely apple juice and also really helped us when our car broke down. The house was lovely and had a BBQ which we didn't use but was always available. The village is very quaint with a very small shop for bread (and toothbrushes!). Being fairly remote you need a car but theres two large supermarkets about 5 mins away and Selestat offers lots of larger shops as well as good rain connections to Colmer, Basel and Strasbourg. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und schönen alten Holzschränken, geräumige Küche, große Wohnstube mit großem Tisch und Couch/Fernsehsitzecke. Frau Dirninger hat viele Tipps für Ausflugsziele gegeben, auch Hinweise zu Parkmöglichkeiten . Verständigung war super, die Elsässer sprechen super deutsch. "Rose The hosts were polite, kind, and really helpful, the place is cozy and has all the amenities needed for some days’ stay. Two problems: animal hair scattered around (cats and dogs are allowed); the heating of the apartment was poor - during the winter it can cause some problem to those who love warm home feeling."
