"I stayed 23/12/25 - 29/12/25. The hotel as a whole was excellent. Although there are no hot drink facilities in the room, the reception staff are there to assist 24/7! They supplied hot drinks whenever required, and were giving out biscuits and shortbread over Christmas too! I had breakfast on Christmas Day, but ate out on the other mornings. It was ample for a Continental breakfast. The only thing I would like to see improved in the room would be to have a comfy chair or two. There was a kind of fishing chair, and a hard stool with a back which was kept fixed to the wall. Neither of these chairs were comfy for very long. I ‘borrowed’ a chair from the breakfast/dining room, which was fine and very comfy for watching tv during the evenings. The bedding and towels were changed every three days.
