「It was a nice property and comfortable for us. The owner was quite helpful and provided the amenities when we asked. He was also kind enough to drop us at Glasgow central.」

「Very happy with the booking and stay, just as described, handy location and v cosy. V clean. 」

「The property was close to the airport, but it was not at all clean. There were clothes left from someone else and just a general atmosphere of grubbiness.」

「The host was attentive, but the place was under renovation, and he didn’t tell us ahead of time. There were holes in the walls, the shelves were dirty and the whole air was dingy. We had to ask for a kettle and pots and pans. There was no sponge or fairy liquid or sponge to clean the plates. The cooker didn’t work; we had to wait until the night (11 pm) for it to work. It was not as advertised.」
