「The property was clean but the bathroom door didn't close properly as it was swollen. I managed to shut it but then couldn't open it again, thankfully my daughter pushed it from the outside to let me out! The toilet cistern also kept filling and wouldnt stop, we'd to wedge the ballcock so we could sleep.」
