「Kia ora! We used this whare as a research retreat to do some writing and some deep thinking. The accommodations were lovely, clean, and tidy. An extra nice touch was a load of wood being dropped off at the whare if we needed it, and a 10% discount at the cafe, literally at the end of the driveway, was very convenient and a lovely touch of hospitality. Thank you, Emma, for looking after the crew. Highly recommend」

「불스는 제가 타우포에서 웰링턴 넘어가기 전에 잠깐 들른 도시에요. 뉴질랜드 시골 동네 느낌나고 한적해요. 숙소는 주인분이 굉장히 쿨하시고 좋으세요~ 숙소가 조금 춥긴한데 이불이랑 담요가 포근해서 괜찮아요. 화장실과 샤워실도 깔끔하게 정돈되어 있어서 좋았습니다^^ 참고로 인터시티 버스 정류장과는 거리가 살짝 있는 편이에요.」

Cottage is very close to the hosts property so bear this in mind if privacy is a concern.Beth was friendly and helpful, we didn’t get to meet her partner.So overall if you’re looking for a great base close to Whanganui and surrounds, can recommend Magnolia Cottage.」

「We loved the tranquility, the outlook over the meadows and the horses grazing over the fence, which the kids loved feeding. We really felt at home and was a great place to unwind for a few days. Nicely finished and well appointed with everything we needed.」
