「The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the receptionist was very helpful.」

「Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated being able to control the air conditioning myself. Several staff members were friendly, which made a good impression. Some aspects might depend on personal sensitivity — for example, the early morning noise from the garbage collection truck, the ventilation sound from the ground-floor restaurant until around 11:30 p.m., the shower temperature adjustment, an unexpected fire alarm, and the Wi-Fi...

「Thank you for letting us stay the other day. I was happy to see giraffes from the balcony. As soon as I opened the front door, there were deer and alpacas, which were cute. Everything from dinner to dessert was delicious. The staff were also kind, which we are grateful for as we are not good at English. Touching the rhinos on the morning tour was a good memory.」

「Excellent stay. Everything was fantastic. Thank you.」

「Excellent facilities.」

「The hotel was reasonable for the price. The room was modern and functional. My only concern is that we got placed in a ‘pet’ room, which had dog hair and stains on the rug and it smelt like dog. When we talked to reception about it they couldn’t move us and they didn’t even offer to clean or remove the rug. For me this was an...
