「This is the second time we stayed at this property. Karla is a wonderful and responsive host. Eating breakfast on the lanai was a great way to start the day. The property is the perfect size a for a couple. The kitchen has everything you need. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else on the Hilo side of the island.」

「The Purple Passion Cottage was fabulous, cozy, comfortable, charmingly furnished and had everything my family of 3 needed. The kitchenette was well stocked with enough pots/pans/dishes and utensils so that we could cook a few meals. We even baked cookies in the oven! The attached balcony is perfect for morning coffee, star gazing or a bit of yoga or just watching the wind blow through the trees. Instructions on checking in was very clear and he notified us when Kīlauea was erupting. Location was convenient to the park and easy drive to and from Hilo. Would love to stay here again.」
