「Listed as a “Luxury Hotel” - this is not a Luxury hotel. More a camping resort & SPA with rooms. There are often maintenance issues in a hotel, what matters is how they are handled. I expected the below to be resolved in hours, but it took three days: • Batteries in A/C (not actually air conditioning) remote - after asking 3 times was given the batteries out of the unit in reception. • No shower gel in shower - asked 3 times. Design issues: • Shower - no shelving, everything has to go on...

「Die Wohnung ist komfortabel, technisch auf dem neuesten Stand, angenehm warm, sauber, mit Blick auf die Moldau, sehr freundliche Vermieterin, große Terasse, sonnig, schöne Umgebung. Ausflüge nach Prag und zu vielen interessanten Städten bieten sich an. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Hund war auch willkommen.」

「Amazing place in a local village half an hour away from Prague. The great sunny weather gave us the opportunity to have tremendous morning hikes before going to Prague for the rest of the day. The only downside of staying at this place is, if you want to have a night out in Prague, one person from the group has to stay sober in order to drive back. However, the amazing view and the tracks through nature surrounding the village completely outweighs the driving issue.」

「Property was in village view was nice but we had big problems, we push to get in property early and we arrived to Prague 8 30pm and from airport to this hotel journey is around 2 hours , after so much argument and bad support from Expedia team , we got this property around 11 pm and the person could not speak English and want 2000 cz cash for security deposit. We didn’t take cash , there was no instructions. And when we call for help , the Expedia team put the phone down, and told us we can’t...

「Wir waren zu hundert Prozent zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft! Das Familienzimmer unter dem alten Dachstuhl war wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und sauber. Auch der Rest des Hotels war sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Beim Frühstück wurden sehr viele, abwechslungsreiche glutenfreie und laktosefreie Alternativen für meinen Mann bereitgestellt. Und auch sonst war die Auswahl absolut ausreichend. Auch die Lage des Hotels war für uns perfekt! Mit dem Zug waren wir sehr günstig...

「念願のお城に泊まれて嬉しかった。 ベッドルームとバスルームが同じくらいの大きさでびっくり。 天井がたかくてお城を感じられた。 古いのでドアの開閉音は大きめ。 TVはつけ方がよくわからなかった。 周りが軽いハイキングコースになっていて朝散歩した。 朝食が豊富でよい。 温菜はしっかり温められていた。 フレーバーティーが豊富でよかった。 ガイドツアーはチェコ語しかなく、英語のオーディオガイドやテキストを借りたが、ガイドツアーでしか入らない場所に入れたのでとてもよかった。 wifiも使用できて良い。 1泊分の荷物だけ持って、プラハから電車とバスと徒歩で来た。山？丘？を歩いて登った先にあるので、プラハに荷物を置いてきて正解だった。」
