「Traveling with medical alert service animals can often times present unique difficulties for access and cleanliness, but not this trip! We were able to enjoy smooth, simple check-in, quick response from property management and all the little extras (extensive grounds for free play outside, fresh fruit & muffins!) to make our stay one that will be a frequent flier booking. 」

「The house was clean with a lake view. Plenty of places to eat and just a few miles from the zoo in Omaha.」

「The location is good, the property is ok as thw board games was missing pieces, the shower did drain properly, the was candy and plastic silverware found in couch as well so it felt like the property wasn't thoroughly cleaned from previous guests. The bed mattresses are thin and caused me to have back pains at the beginning of our trip which ruined the whole vacation as i was unable to do anything we had planned for the last 4 days of our stay. Had to go to emergency hospital for medications...

「The cleanliness of this place was just completely unacceptable. In my mind, you have one job, just make sure you clean it well between guests. The bed is also a complete tragedy. I had an event today that I am completely miserable for now because of the lack of sleep and literal pains that I woke up with. The driveway up the alley is not made for low sitting cars. I dragged my front bumper and bottom of car across it. I deeply regret staying in this place.」

「The apartment was clean and very comfortable. There were a few issues and the host was very prompt to respond and addressed the concerns.Arriving and returning to the apartment after dark each day, it was difficult to locate the reserved parking spot. The digital keypad did not correspond to the directions, which at night in a parking lot full of vehicles was a little unnerving. A welcome letter would be helpful to indicate the location of towels, thermostat instructions, and check-out...

「Our family has rented this home three times over the last year thanks to its wonderfully welcoming atmosphere and comfortable amenities. This particular trip found us in the middle of a winter storm. The maintenance crew was prompt in coming to snow blow the driveway and all walkways, making sure everyone in the party stayed safe. 「I don't recall seeing smoke detectors or house rules. House took a long time warm up an electric fire place on the wall would have been nice along with extra blankets. Hot water took long to warm. A dresser or chifferobe would have been nice in the bedroom . I Would suggest clearer instructions to the location of the house. 」
