「The property was double booked the first two days leaving us without a place to stay. The property manager said he booked another place when we got there that was also not available. We spent several hours late in the evening until we were finally able to get a temporary booking. Communication was extremely poor overall it was hard initially to get a hold of the property owner although we had paid in advance our accommodations was not available first two days. 」

「Central, very clean and just like the photos. We had a little issue with the guard not letting in a guest because he refused to turn down the loud music but other than that it was very good staying at the apartment cannot blame the guard either.」

「I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile. 「The pre-check in experience and connection to the Property manager was thorough and efficient and let you know what to expect upon arrival. Property Manager was great in laying out the property features and surrounding area. The location was walking distance from supermarkets, banks, eating locations etc. For those it pertains to, the US Embassy is also within walking distance. Community is gated so the added security benefit is there.」

「The apartment is very close to the business center. I can look at the Pegasus and Marriott which was not far ways. Good way to save money and the apartment was very clean and comfortable.」
