「El Staff es muy amable y el hotel es muy bonito, pero tuvimos un problema con la habitación, cuando hice la reservación, reservé una habitación con una cama matrimonial y 2 individuales, al llegar a la habitación me doy cuenta que me estaban dando 2 camas matrimoniales, hice el reclamo pero el encargado solo se excusó con que era navidad y estaban llenos, lo cual no me parece bien, porque al final te están dando algo que no pediste, y algo también que pienso que deben de mejorar es que el baño...

「It was wonderful and cozy. They got the parking lot and the water was soooo hot. It was so wonderful and i would like to go there once again. But just one thing was the problem. Because of the noise from the wall, i couldn't sleep. If the dark and night, all the conversation from other rooms can hear. 」
