"We had a really poor experience… 1) The bathrooms and washing areas were smelling bad / extremely unclean… the taps were all fully dark and rusty 2) very salty water provided for all washing / bathing. 3) extremely un-friendly staff who were showing absolutely no interest in the welfare of the guests. 4) It was extremely hot during day time, so we asked them to switch on the AC and they said AC will be available only from 9pm. 5) We bought some expensive prawns from the shop they took as to ,...

"We booked a premium room but the room given was completely different to the photos provided. Address was different to what was given on here. Had to wait over an hour for check in time evenknow we arrived within check in time. When we asked about the room being premium we were ignored. On boat staff were fine and accomodating which is the reason I didnt give a lower rating. We ended up booking another place for the second night because we were so disappointed. "

"I absolutely loved the stay. The location is stunning, the property is right in front of the backwaters, the verandah is spacious and one can sit and just spent the evening staring at the backwaters. We enjoyed sitting in the verandah in the evening and had a lovely time. The caretaker and her son were very sweet. She made sure every corner of the stay was very clean. "Absolutely phenomenal property. There is a lot to do from fishing and kayaking to pottery and cultural programs. The staff too was exceptional. I regret not getting staff members names as they were very thoughtful and helpful. Highly recommend spending a few days at this resort."

Lovely relaxed stay

"Very nice, very helpful staff. Lovely property—especially the villas with private pools. Good gym, good restaurant. Only downside is that it’s pretty isolated with not a lot to do nearby. But if relaxation is what you want, you’ll get it."

"From the moment we walked in, we felt like family. This is paradise. We only had 24 hours but they were the most relaxing. The people, facilities, food, drinks and the whole experience was exceptional! We were celebrating our anniversary and they went above and beyond to make it special!! Anju, Vasha and so many others (wish I knew their names) were wonderful. "
