「Nice property with some nice workers. Restaurant served good food but really slow on our 2nd day...somehow other guests had known to order advance and they got the meals when they got there while we have sit and wait for over an hour and 15 minutes watching them got their food before us and they just sat there for couple minutes..really upset me..wish they have told us that will take a long time so we can go do something else...would be nice to get treat the same as other guests... otherwise...

「Everything at the lodge was good but could have been great with improved communication. Our family of four arrived at the same time as a group and we were offered the options to joint their tours on an expedited schedule (four days of activities in two days). We joined them for the full day Napo tour and really enjoyed the day but we were very rushed and had no idea what activity was next. At the end of the day, the four of us were left alone at the river bank for 45 minutes waiting for he bus...

「Property was nice and convenient to main parts of town for food and transportation. Though there were a few minor issues, the owner was responsive quickly resolving these issues.GPS was had difficulty in locating property even though it was on a frequently traveled area.」

「Nice place to getaway from cell phones, email etc. as they do not have wi-fi. Beautiful, refreshing pool. Excellent mission to be eco-friendly. We enjoyed the screened in room right on the river and hearing the rain. However, it gets very warm and there is no fan. Food is excellent. The staff (except for the activities director) was unfriendly. Acted like we were inconvencing them. Need better trading. No one on the staff spoke English. Since the hotel is offered through hotels.com/United...
